CanadaTopSlots has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no competitions and no mailing list. You can read every page without telling us who you are, so the data we handle is mostly technical.
Information our servers receive
Each request to the site is logged with the IP address, the browser and operating system it reports, which URL it asked for, which page linked to it and at what time. We use these logs to keep the site available, investigate errors and stop abusive or automated traffic. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes the same request data to route and protect traffic.
Cookies on canadatopslots.com
No third-party analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking pixels are loaded here. The site itself sets four first-party cookies, two of which count visits:
- mz_vid — a random identifier for your browser, stored for one year; set when a page loads.
- mz_src — records how you got here (search results, a typed-in address and so on), stored for 30 days; set when a page loads.
- mozbiz_session — a session cookie set when you click a
/go/link to a casino; it expires after 20 hours. - XSRF-TOKEN — a security token set together with the session cookie on
/go/links; it also expires after 20 hours.
They tell us how many visitors each casino link receives, so that referrals can be matched with the commission described in our affiliate disclosure, and they protect the redirect from automated misuse. Blocking or deleting them in your browser does not stop the site from working.
When you go to a casino
A /go/ link forwards you to the casino’s own tracking address, so the casino can see that you arrived from CanadaTopSlots. We do not pass your name, email or any form data to casinos. Everything you do after you arrive — registration, verification, deposits — is handled by the casino under its own privacy policy.
If you email us
Your address and message are kept as long as needed to answer you and to fix whatever you reported, and are not used for marketing.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, build profiles of readers or make automated decisions about them. Data is passed only to the hosting and delivery providers that run the site and, in the limited form described above, to casinos you choose to visit.
Where data is stored
Our providers may store and process data outside Canada. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards.
Minors
The site is meant for adults of legal gambling age in their province — 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Anyone under that age should not send us personal information, and we do not seek it.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email the address below; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. Residents of Canada can also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or their provincial privacy commissioner.
